A few weeks ago I had my line redone after we hit it with the lawn mower. The new line comes out the front of my house on the grass and to a pole near the road. We'll the internet hasn't been great lately so I walked out to the pole and the cable in laying in a huge puddle of water. Would this effect my internet service?
