Can I pre-install a weather-head and conduit on ym vinyl siding to prep for FIOS install?

Hi

I am planning to get FIOS. Can I pre-install a weather-head with PVC conduit with an LB on the exterior of my vinyl siding, going down to my basement to the ONT?

Will the Verizon installer use it? If so, what size conduit?
