Can I use Wake On Lan function via Fios internet?

Hello all - From time to time it would be helpful to remotley turn my pc at home on via wake on lan feature.  My PC supports this.  Then I can access my system remotley (via various tools).  However is this possible with my Fios internet service? I guess somehow I'd need access to my Fios router remotley.

Is this Possible?

where high end routers like Asus or Netgear etc. have the ability most functions are not usable on Verizon branded routers. 

My personal opinion is not going to work. But give the setup instructions a try.

I don't see why not. Have you tried to set it up and do a test run? If you have trouble with your FiOS router you could always use your own router.
