Greetings,
I'm currently on an old triple play plan, can I port out the phone number, canceling the line and cancel cable while keeping the internet?
Thanks in advance

You can, however note that porting our your phone number technically cancels the account, since the phone number can be used as a reference to your account. If you do this, expect a small period of time where you'll be without Internet access. Once the whole account cancels, you should be able to re-order service with just Internet as a self install. The Set top boxes, and the router (if you're renting and the router wasn't permanently gifted to you) will need to be returned to Verizon. Be aware... if you're not using Ethernet between the ONT and the router, all of the new plans require Ethernet.
Verizon Billing may also be able to make the changes for you without closing the whole account, but I would consider that to be less likely. Try calling them and asking.
