Hi. Like so many others, I cannot redeem my free xbox offer for signing up for FIOS. I spent an hour with support trying to resolve this issue.
In a nutshell, here's what happens:
1. I click the "Home Offers" page on my logged-in Verizon dashboard.
2. It takes me to the "Home Offers Page." There's an Xbox Series S listed there under "Ready to Redeem"
3. I click that tile, and it takes me to the "Get an XBox Series S on Us" page. I click "Claim Offer".
4. A pop-up appears asking me to accept the terms and conditions. I do that.
5. The next page that comes up is the "XBox Series X" console. It is listed as full price at $499.99. Adding it to the cart shows that it's still full price. There's no coupon or way to get it to $0.
I've explained this to 4 different customer support folks. Yes, I'm logged in. Yes, I've accepted the terms and conditions.
I'm guessing the problem is that the offer is for a Series S console, but you don't have that in your store anymore, so it takes me to a Series X console instead, and the offer doesn't work.
I need support to just give me a voucher for the Series X, or figure out how to ship the Series S to me.
