Cant Pay my bill online

For some reason im unable to pay my bill online. I have tried on my laptop, phone, the app, numerous browsers, different cards everything and it simply will not work. When i paid my last bill the system didn’t register that i paid and i even got a false notice of cancellation after the money was already taken from my account. Since then i am not able to pay my bill online. It’s extremely annoying and inconvenient. I just switched over to verizon my experience has been TERRIBLE so far.
