I guess the rep on the chat with me fell asleep????!!! After waiting and waiting I finally have Mohammed on the chat and then, just like that, my messages (Are you still there) kept giving me a message in red saying " Not delivered. Retry". Granted, he had me unplug my WIFI extender and was supposed to come back to me. I am SO angry I could burst!!!! WHERE DO THEY GET THESE people they employ??? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone these days!! Certainly not still in the United States of America!!!! What a Shame!!!
