Cloud Billing

I was given a free trial of Verizon Cloud, which I did not want. The Verizon  representative told me that the cloud was removed, per my request. Come to find out, it was not and I was being charged after the trial period. I reached out via chat a number of times, and each time I was told I would receive a refund.  I received the refund the previous months but was told this month I would be unable to because they have given me too many adjustments.

They have billed me $19.99 every month since then for the Cloud service. Even after my continued contact requesting to have it removed, followed by representatives in chat reassuring me that I will “never be billed for it again.” I have screenshots of the chats to prove it. 

I am increasingly frustrated with Verizon over this. Anyone else experience this or have the issue actually resolved?
