I have recently moved and I created a new order to transfer my service August 4th with the install on August 15th. Fast forward to August 15th, Verizon does not have my order and now the soonest install date is two weeks away. I need the internet to WFH now.
The residence has the older white box ONT, model number SFH ONT 612A powered up. I have my own Verizon G1100 and would like to know if it can be possible to start my service with the older ONT until the install date of the new ONT. I understand the speeds will be lower, but at least I won't lose my job.
Has anyone had success with this? Thank in advance.
