Constantly facing connection drop issue from Friday evening (08/17). Everytime have to restart the router. Any one facing the same issue?

Where are you located?
Any error conditions on router?

Is it wifi or direct connect?

Did you call Fios 1-800-VERIZON?

you may have a bad router, bad ont or another issue in your area.
