Hi Community/Support,
We were able to access all websites and suddenly mainstream websites such as Costco, Macys, etc are getting blocked through our Fios Router. This never happened before.
We did not put any website filters, no parental blockers, dont use VPNs, etc.
So what must be the problem?
Looking for any suggestions.
Thank you
yamini

How do you know the websites are blocked by the Fios Router?
What error message(s) did you get in the browser?

This has to do with the website itself, nothing with the router.
Router will never give you a 403 Forbidden Access Denied Error. If it is blocked by the router, it will indicate so with a Verizon logo as the minimum.

I've been having the same problem since November 2023 only way to get it fixed is to reset the router over and over getting a new IP but then after a few days it goes back to the same thing. Same websites as you as well. Verizon says it's not their end but this has only happened when I was with Fios before I didn't have this problem.

I've recently had a similar problem with macys.com and ysl.com. I found it could be due to being assigned a high risk score by Akamai:
https://www.akamai.com/us/en/clientrep-lookup/
Which said my IP was high risk due to web scraping, which we haven't done. I haven't found a solution to how to fix this issue though.
