Hi,
We've had no service for 2 days now. We cannot get anyone on the phone due to staffing issues it seems. There is a status page which has an ETA for repair which has changed multiple times since yesterday, each time moving the repair completion out by a number of hours. The 3 support links on the verizon page are re-directing to the homepage. Is there any way to find out what is actually happening with a real ETA for repair? This is impacting my work due to lost productivity and the impact this has had on virtual schooling.
