I couldn't find anywhere on Verizon's website where I could post feedback about phone support. So I'm adding something here. Last week the Fios connection dropped on my TV and I got a message to re-boot. So I did. Then I got a message to call Verizon, and while I was explaining the situation to the support technician, the line went dead. I wasn't surprised that the call dropped, but I was surprised that a few minutes later the technician called my cell phone to explain what had happened. Somehow the power to the Fios router went down. I told him I'd have to go to the attic to look into it, and he said he'd call back in a few minutes to make sure I got it working again. I got power restored to the box, the service resumed, and unbelievably the technician called back to make sure everthing was working.
I have never had a technician call back once, let alone twice. He went the extra step to look up my cell number when the first call was dropped, and then called again to make sure I was satisfied with the service.
