So my internet stopped working, I contacted Verizon. They had me verify info and then troubleshoot and do all the normal things. However, when it didn’t fix the issue, they kept disconnecting the chat and transferred me to another “live agent” 7 different times. Each time the new agent wanted me to give them the same info and do the exact same things I previously had done. This was all after each agent took a moment (5-10 min) to read the previous convo. So not only did they not read the convo, they kept running me in the same circle. I kept asking for a technician to be sent out and they ignored me. Wouldn’t even give me a number to call to talk to a real person. It took over 2 hours of me getting the runaround for me to use a friends phone and call the only number I could find. Hands down this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The issue still isn’t resolved and I lost 2 and a half hours at work because they don’t want to listen or actually help. Strongly considering canceling my service. Absolute insanity at its finest. Oh and it hasn’t even been 30 days and my equipment is already broken. Do better.
