DSL down 863 area code?

I lost internet connection this morning. 2 phone calls to Verizon verified there was a problem and they would transfer me to someone that could help. Both times the call was cut off before anyone answered. Is there an outage in this area?

That link only says "Verizon is working to restore your service". 

I was able to contact support through chat and got the issue resolved.
