DSL drops intermittently..Usually during wet weather. Phone line is always noisy when the DSL is intermittent. No change has been made inside the house and Verizon techs inspected all filters. Verizon techs have been out at least 8 times over the last 6 months and have yet to locate the problem. Last week the tech said he sees a high resistance(?) reading on the line that other techs might have let go as acceptable. This last tech then looked at the connection at the pole outside and repaired the connection. It was ok after his "fix" but the intermittent problem was working when he arrived. It was down most of last night and is working at .8Mb download speed right now. Usually around 1.05Mb.
I've had DSL for several years now, but the last 6 months or so the speed is slow or intermittent drop outs.
Here are the latest transceiver stats. Any help is much appreciated!

Yes, called tech support at least 10 times over past several months. Tuesday a tech came out and disconnected the line (I found out later when I came home to no dial tone. Today another tech restored the connection at the pole. Works fine now. We'll see what happens next time it rains. I have no hope.
