We just got a new modem/router combo because the internet signal/wifi was horrible. It is no better with the new equipment. We are on dsl, but half the time the internet light isnt even on. We tried moving it, factory reset, etc. Nothing works. When it does work, the wifi signal is so bad its useless. Ethernet cables dont make a difference if there is no internet signal. Customer service has been useless. Told us to get FIOS, FIOS doesnt exist here yet! I have cell service through them too that is spotty. Will probably change companies when this cycle is over and reporting Verizon to the fcc. We are paying for a non existant service!
