How do I cancel dsl account ?

If the DSL is just down, call Verizon and ask them to fix it. Keep in mind unless you're paying big dollars for a connection with an SLA in order to keep mission critical operations going, your fix is put on a best effort priority for the type of service you have (Business or Residential).

If you want to cancel, you have to call Billing and ask. They'll shoot you to retentions afterwards.
