Devices not refreshing/listing in My Verizon App

The list of devices is not refreshing in MyVerizon App no more. It used to work until few weeks ago.. I can't see my new TV on the list, old devices continue to list. The parental control - schedule of the app is no longer working.
However, I can see correct devices when I log into router as well as verizon.com. So, the issue is limited to the MyVerizon mobile app. Can engineers review the logs and the source code?
I performed Factory Reset on the router and changed WiFi name. Still, there app continues to show old devices and the parental controls are not working. Atleast, the app did recognize updated WiFi name.
So, I have done most of the debugging for you. Can you have someone check the source code of the MyVerizon App and fix it? Seems the integration between you App and the router configuration is broken.
