I recently encountered significant frustration while attempting to redeem a $200 Verizon gift card. Despite multiple attempts and reaching out to their customer service, I have been unable to access the promised value.

My initial contact with a chat agent proved unhelpful as they provided a link that consistently failed to work. Upon informing them of this issue, their solution was to clear my cache and cookies, log back in, and try the link again. Despite following these instructions meticulously, I encountered the same error message.

Determined to resolve the issue, I then called Verizon's customer care. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored that of the online chat: I received the same troubleshooting steps, which ultimately led to no resolution.

This entire process has left me deeply dissatisfied. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and more effective support when encountering such problems. I hope Verizon addresses these issues promptly so that others do not face similar difficulties in the future.
