4 days ago download speeds dropped from 84 to 15. Upload speeds still good at 87.
No changes at my end. Restarted router with no difference. Hoping for a Fios rep to help

This is primarily a user-to-user forum and while Verizon staffers occasionally chime in you can't count on that.
But as a fellow user, let me ask you the first question that comes to mind: What speed test are you using, and are you connected to your router via Ethernet cable or WiFi?

Yes I'm aware this is a user forum. I'm also aware Verizon reads this and does assist on occasion. That's why I'm here. The phone method takes months with little to no success. A previous problem was resolved by a Verizon rep on this forum. The problem was on Verizon's end. So is this problem.
That said...
Verizon's speed test and always connected via ethernet.
Thanks.

Normally verizon site admins will only help if you have an open problem and need help in getting it escalated.
