Just curious... why dont the verizon techs take old equipment for some customers and not others. I spoke to a friend and they took her old router. But for me they said they cant give me a receipt so i had to pack up STB amd router and drive to a local UPS. to return. Is it just different in Phila vs suburbs? Must be different. Shld treat custs equally.
