  • First Verizon has my name different then acp discount and monthly it kept falling off. Every 3 weeks id call. No one knew what to do. They says "put ur number for acp in online. " It said error. They said get a new acp so i called the free government benefit 1800 number and they said " ur benefits are active. Tell them to get out of here with that. Its a process to enroll. Make Verizon change ur name". They had to start a whole new policy. Thats 2 months first payment. They know im on acp and have me on 1 gig for my 3 person house. It was 79 a month but somehow got it to 39 with acp . Until the new account. After i paid the double payment, all the way through December it said i have a credit. Cool. Jan bill collectors are on me. Why didnt December say a payment if i had one? So my bill becomes 49. Fine. Whatever. I pay every month but it's taking 2 times a month. I call them. They say it isnt. The are being very deceptive. The rep said, "u paid 49 the 4th? Right. Thats the payment" and $49 the 6th of feb and last month the same. ",ohh let me explain", they say. Because I didbt know i had a December bill, they tried to draft the 2nd time in January. It bounced so they changed me 30 fee on top for something I shouldn't had to oay for. The jan bill said 32. Thats what i paid.  Oh the dec that said a credit... They want that and the fee. And my bank has a 35 fee.. so i read about speed. I had it up to my chin with the acp falling off for 6 months because u had a hyphen in my name... Then i find out u  have me at 1 gig i dont need. Im struggling to pay this bill it seems ur sinking me on purpose because this is a lot of "opps" for one year , and 500 would have been fast enough this whole time. It could have been free. 7 years w this company .Can u believe it? Every site in the world works fine but urs .... And Xfinity ... Thats why i havent switched . Their page is so glitchy, it barely loads, like here so its more of the same from a different company but one day i will reach them and i will switch and Pay more a month on principle. Id never get anything under verizon again. The best thing ive ever done is be mon to mon here. And tell the rep from 2 times ago that feb 3 and 6th is twice a month.  Its called that even when it is owed. Owing it doesn't condense numbers. Two someone owes... 2 they dont.. its still total of 2. U can't say "u were not charged twice" when i was. And she told me they owed me 20$ .. i owe them because the 49 bill is 69 again from the auto pay discount I had to remove since u all were dipping into my stuff whenever u wanted. For whatever u say . Its like a shake down. And btw . When dealing e a rep who is really helpful, they will then ask you to update to "a Better plan" in that same call. Watch. They used to charge like 3$ with every rep contact.  Swear. I should have started a small claims suit for all that money. Thats a good idea. Worst company to ever exist.. ohh and what they say is taken care of wont exist in the next call so get a rep name. Not that it matters because that person is over India and i swear half the conversations are with an AI on chats. I hope a claim gets fillled
