Anyone else having this problem. Downloads speed extremely slow on the nights and weekend. Been a customer a little over a year and the last few weeks this has started.
7-15 line. Getting .99 to 1.2 consistantly nights and weekend. Had a tech out on Friday and he left scratching his head. Great support!!

No doubt in my mind speeds are either being capped or throttled. 12pm to 12am speeds drop to around 1.2mbps Other hours between 9-10mbps
Why pay for enhanced?

Visit http://www.giganews.com/line_info.html and post up the Traceroute the page shows, if you wish. Be aware that the final hop (bottom-most line of the trace) will contain a hop with your IP address in it. Remove that line. What I'm looking for is a line that mentions "ERX" in it's name towards the end. If for some reason the trace does not complete (two lines full of Stars), keep the trace route intact.

Just don't even care anymore. This is rediculous. Verizon is no help at all. 3 techs this week. Told I would have a new modem yesterday. Never arrived. Just had a tech here and said the problem was most likely in the port pool and getting our home changed to a new port will most likely never happen. Great customer service Verizon. Thanks for nothing.
My area is too small for Verizon so apparently this just don't care. Personally if I was about to lose $150.00/month I would care.
