I’ve been trying to register my $150 VISA prepaid card as a bonus for signing up for FIOS, but I keep getting the following error message: “Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later.” I’ve been trying to register for the past 3 weeks and my reward eligibility date due is tomorrow (10/17/18). Could you please assist to ensure that I receive my VISA prepaid card? Thank you.
