[FIOS] Cannot connect to DVR via Web

Installed new modem that was sent to me - older version - and still no connection to dVR via web - "bad gateway". trying to schedule shows for recording and delete items viewed. Open ticket # CADR048GZU. Any updates?

What is the brand and model of the:
a) Modem?
b) DVR?

Hi,
Excuse me hijacking this thread, but I am getting the same problem.
My Modem is an Actiontec MI424WR
My DVR is a Motorola QIP 7232 P2
It used to work just great, now nothing - powered all off rebooted, nothing gets it working.
Any help would be much appreciated.
