Please escalate this issue. Today I made a order and specified the disconnect date of May 4th 2024. However the moment I submitted that order it, my internet was instantly cutoff current date which is April 27th 2024. After calling with agent for more than an hour all he said is nothing can be done, need to open an new account. I am working from home so 7days with no internet is unacceptable, I might loss my job.
