I just got FIOS installed this week. I have the TV Ultimate HD package. I was trying out the TV Online feature. I get the slideshow but when I click on the links to watch full episodes or watch the trailer, nothing happens. The links simply don't work. I get the same behavior in Firefox, Chrome, and IE8. I haven't found any solutions online. Does anybody have an idea how to remedy this situation?

I think some of the features of the website take a while to open up certain features, so that might be it if you're brand spankin new. Try to sign in at www.verizon.com/fiostvonline
Let us know what it says there.

It let's me sign in there but the same thing happens. The links don't work.

in at the main www.myverizon.com site and try to examine that first page real carefully, and see if you get a message that some features are not available due to blah blah blah. Also make sure you can see your bill here.
if it doesn't say that then try the chat support link at the bottom of the webpage. they are located at the contact us link,
