FIOS order on hold, move in 3 days

We have tried Verizon phone, callback, Twitter, Facebook and chat support without resolution and so are now trying this as a last resort.   

Our FIOS order is on hold because apparently the former tenant did not cancel their service.  We uploaded our lease 10 days ago but apparently it was not accepted because it was missing the building’s digital signature.  But, no one advised us of this issue until today so the order has been On Hold status for awhile.

So now that we have uncovered the reason we obtained a second copy of the lease

however there is no way to upload it and neither chat nor phone reps will give us an exact email address to send it to.  We have also tried sending to our Verizon building rep who set up the initial order but the order is still on hold.

Our service is due to be connected 06 October.  Please advise us how long connection will take, as if it will be delayed extensively we will just go with another provider as we need internet for work.   At this point we just are trying everything to reach someone that will help us get connected.
