Fast Ticket - Fios available at neighbors but not my new address

Hello. I am in the process of moving. I just switched to Verizon for cellular service and was hoping to bundle that with internet for my new home. Family in the area has Fios and I even tested the neighboring addresses but my address is not available. I read other posts regarding a Fast ticket and wanted to know what this process looks like so that I don’t have to use a different service than Verizon for my home. Fios Home Internet
