Hi Verizon Team,
I being a pain full process to establish fiber cable for my new house and tried to reach the customer service multiple times and final said that no fiber cable in my area but only copper cable. I'm looking for high speed internet service. Please escalate the request to establish fiber cable in my area. This is open the Verizon Fios services to my neighborhood and eliminate monopoly.

None of us here will be able to "escalate" the request to build Fios in a given area. If all that is available is High Speed Internet / DSL, it will be up to when Verizon decides to replace the copper with Fiber. They do it on an Area and a Central Office basis. Some areas may not even get Fios but might get 5G instead. The town might have some sway or push but, that's about it.
