I am trying to sign up for Fios for an apartment I am moving to. However, the earliest appointment I could get is in 3 months! This is in Queens, NY. The chat agent told me there was a technical issue that should get fixed in 24 hours to allow me to change it to a sooner date, but I kept checking and did not see that option. Has anyone seen it take this long to get service? Is there anything I can do? Thank you.
