Fios Cable still not buried after 2 months

 I requested Fios Internet connection in my house in August. The technician laid out an above-ground  cable.  Someone came later and dug up in my yard to lay an underground cable. I was told a technician has to come and connect this to my house and get rid of the above ground cable.

It has been 2 months. I called the customer service phone multiple and everytime the rep tells me it will be taken care of in a week.

The cable goes across my yard and driveway and bunch of neighbors yards and the main road. This is causing nuisance to me and my neighbors. My neighbors are asking me about it and it is frankly embarrassing.

I am afraid someone will cut off the cable during lawn mowing or snow removal soon. I have hybrid work schedule and cannot be without Internet.

Please help me escalate this and get this resolved.
