Hello,
I've been trying to get Fios services at my address for a while no luck. The availability map says only 5G internet is available at my address, but only ~2 houses up the map says Fios is available. Is there any way I can get in touch with the engineering department to correct this issue or have them deploy new equipment? I'm willing to pay for anything at this point, the 5 mbps max from my current ISP is not cutting it :).
