After storm yesterday evening my router not connect to internet. It is showing yellow light
i called verizon and explained problem . You told me you will send technician .
Last time there was a same problem , You solved problem by phone You told me no problem poweage and internet powerage in your area. Why did not solve same problem?
I need to wait until saturday , i have no internet. That is a big deal!!
