I am using Synology NAS and able to connect on local network using QuickConnect.to
However, I am not able to access synology NAS externally. I contacted Synology support and they said issue is with Fios Network setup. It seems that NAS is able to connect to Fios Gateway, but fails to connect to internet.
I tried to ping public DNS 8.8.8.8 and it fails. Please let me know how to fix this issue
