Fios switched my service date for my new move-in. I received the text to confirm for the Tech Consultant he called himself. I texted back asked if my current location service will remain on until thr are location is on. He texted back that yes it will and it won't be turned off. Not true I have no internet for 4 days during a storm and I can't work from home. I called and asked for a manager who couldn't turn my internet back on, had the nerve to tell me she didn't see anything about the new date when I have all the texts communication. I will be filing a BBB complaint and leaving verizon. Bad enough when I signed up, they kept emailing me to activate the verizon gift card when I signed up. I never even saw it online nor was it mailed.
