So here is our issue like clock work the Verizon router will display the red globe on the front at about 3am and bounce off an on meaning switch between long periods of red(router ad min screen show router status canle disconnected) to ver short periods of the white globe (router status connected and the internet is accessible) for like 3 mins before going out again for 30 to 45 mins.
This happens to about 10am every day.. the repeast he next morning. Chatted with. Verzo. Tech thT tried to push an upgrade on us. We are currently on Fios 50/50 and see no need to upgrade.
Customer seru chatsaid it the router as the line is fine.. Bit this makes not since as this happens like clock work each early morning the internet drops as if some one pulled the cable out..
If Verizon trying to make life hard so to force us to upgrade??? Sure seems like!!!
