Fios Upgrade Order on hold

I upgraded my Fios plan last night and was told the plan will be active in just few hours. but I can't find any order information in my account. I called CS today and gave them the order number, the first agent told me there isn't any order information on my account and kept selling me triple play and asking me if I wanna make an order. I called again, this time, the guy told me "the order is on hold because of error, I don't know what it is" and transferred me to Tech Department. Then the guy from tech dept kicked me back to CS. More than 2 hours, got no useful info. 

Anyone has this situation before? Failed to upgrade the internet plan.
