Works fine for me, although I would prefer them not trying to offer me solutions, since I know them all, and don't need them to ask me to try them. If I am looking for help I have already tried the things that you can do by yourself. Would prefer that chat and the phone number were listed as options even before clicking the self help options.
Call 1-800-Verizon . Its what they will eventually give you if you choice not to chat.
