Fios availability Howell NJ

Our town has Fios, but our development , The Windmill Club, does not.  Is there any group or persons within Verizon we can contact to see what, if any, options we have going forward? Our only option here is Optimum, and other options are limited. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I would briefly advise on this. Typically, for areas that never had Fios, the local township or government would need to enter an easement agreement with Verizon about the right-of-way of the field equipment.

I would recommend you do a record search/FOIL from the local government, then write to Verizon Legal about would like to enter an easement agreement.
