I'm moving into a new construction; the previous address had 3 units (first second and third floors separate units) and the structure no longer exists. It previously had access to fios, as do all the houses in the neighborhood.
The new structure, where I'm moving, now is a 2 unit townhome. The database isnt updated with this information and theres no mechanism to request an update. Until then, apparently only cable internet is available.
I cant imagine this is true.
How do I get the structure updated so I can get Fios??
