Fios extenders will not stay connect …have had EIGHT visits from techs!

I have had EIGHT new extenders and three or four new routers installed/replaced in the past three months. At least 7 visits by techs who have changed the location and accessibility [wired vs wireless extenders], installed a few new drops for the extenders, and have even tried to convince me it’s the fault of my Power company!
I have asked for escalation to managers, only to have one call me and promise to “look into it”, then close out the ticket [VADQ0YZXSU] WITH NO FOLLOW-UP. I had another ticket created [VADQ0Z111C] and it is no longer in the system!!
This has been going of for FAR TOO LONG without resolution … up until recently my Fios has worked fine, but this is getting more and more ridiculous day by day!
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A TEAM OF EXPERTS EVALUATE MY ONGOING PROBLEM???? Getting more frustrated as time goes on, and am NOT a happy customer at the moment, paying for equipment and services that I am NOT receiving!
