Hello,
I ordered the gigabit connection but when technician came out, they told me our units weren't wired for gigabit, they need to run wiring from the basement to the units. I was told by the technician I need to have my building owner and board approve for Verizon to do the work.
Shortly after, i've contacted the building management and board members and they've agreed to let FiOS do the upgrade, but they need to know where/who to send the request to.
Can I please have some information regarding how to get Verizon to do work in our building to get FiOS to each unit?
