Hello,
I have a new construction home that we are moving into next week. There’s a Verizon Fios box 10 feet outside of my house. My neighbors have Verizon Fios. I can’t seem to get my address to be seen to install anything.
Ive called multiple times and explained that we want to get internet from Verizon. That there’s a Verizon box on the property. That my neighbors have Verizon Fios. I’ve been told a ticket has been created to add my address so I can get an install going. I’ve been told engineers are aware of the problem… but nothing has happened.
Is there a different way to get my address added in so I can get internet? Anyone else I can talk/escalate to? Thank you!
