Fios installation in a new construction home

I have tried many times to talk to Verizon reps over the last month, multiple tickets with engineering team have been opened and call back promised, but not received.  We moved into our home last Thursday and no update on getting Fios anytime soon.  Working without internet these days is very difficult.  My neighborhood has Verizon and I think the wires (orange) are hanging near my garage.

Can someone please help or suggest what needs to be done to get service?
