Fios order on hold, moving very soon

I will be moving to a new apartment and put in an order for Fios internet. I was asked to upload proof of residency, which I have done, but my order has been on hold ever since. I'm worried that we won't be able to set up our internet on the move-in date since there are only a few days left until the move.
