Listen if you people actually read these emails you see I work from 2 pm till 11, I explained that in email, I have to tell each and one of you the same issue over and over, I asked for help, I get email saying amber not available, in our email it clearly shows her helping me set up acp enrollment, also it shows her calling local manager for damages that your tech left, he messed up my carpet the pictures are in previous email's. Amber sent pictures to local office for them to file damages. She had issues with that,, them telling her the manager, is out of office then told her it’s a new manager we have to wait to see whom that is, come to find out weeks later it was the original manager and I’ve talked to him on date that’s noted is previous email, I told him situation and he stated “ IM NIT GOING TO LIE, IT’S NOT MUCH I CAN DO, I asked so why set up and appointment for you to see that same thing that’s in the pictures if it’s not much you can do, I immediately tell Amber the conversation and look, I rent I just asked for internet service I did not expect a tech to come in and destroy carpet as I told the tech the 1 mark he made in carpet and he told me he’d wipe his feet, I believe him, at the time the owner arrived to install and washer and dryer and he like Antoine come look at this carpet, the whole side where he put the router in, floor looks terrible. 1st thing the owner said to me was, well you know your responsible for this, so I asked the tech look why you do me like this when I asked you and told you your tracking something on this carpet, not to mention there was already pre wired this man goes re wire and actually drill in wall when we asked no drilling there, the widow is sealed this man drilled right through the window seal that we totally asked not to he didn’t want to even do the job he said on phone I have his conversation on video, also that happened last year, yet no damage report filed when you told us it nothing you can do, why play with my emotions and send all these other reps to return and call when I’m at work, when I call anyone of you I have to leave messages it’s all this back and forth with no help, yet you send email saying I’m not responding when you just don’t listen to anything and quick to get me in phone to lie say I’ll help you call another rep but tell me tell hold the line until it’s resolved and drop off the line, then I’m still in same situation all the time yet you want us keep asking you to do the right thing and help as your company are doing this, I have to work extra hours before the owner starts replacing it thin I have to come up with all this money my family and I don’t have. I have tried beyond I can do yet it won’t get help nor fixed. We feel as though we are left with finances your company put on us for because of an very ignorant tech that didn’t want to do the job take out on an honest customer and new customers at that. Shows how stupid of a mistake I’ve made just for asking for acp internet installation, the tactics your company used to make me think you don’t allow this nor Stan for any of the issues I’ve mentioned, we don’t want your service have the tech stomp in tar and destroy their carpet then let him set up his acp and charge him, that the service you gave me,. So the tech destroy my carpet, Amber from corporate set up my acp account, very next month I was sent a bill and now service is completely off. And you do nothing about it
