My neighbors had Fios Technicians at their house today. Within 20 minutes of their arrival, my service went out. When I spoke to them, they weren't aware of anything they would've done that would've caused the problem. But I find it to be an odd coincidence. They told me they would look into it. They left without "looking into it". No I'm having to wait almost 2 full days for a tech to come when they were right next door. I work from home and I'll be losing income because of this. I might leave Fios because of this encounter.
