By current standards, the G1100 is not that "powerful." It has been on the market for about 10 years and Verizon has released newer routers. That haven't sold or rented it in years; and it is likely to go end-of-life for security support soon. It was designed for deployment in FiOS networks in the United States. It was not designed to be a general purpose consumer router which can be deployed on any network, anywhere in the world. This means it doesn't have features like PPPoE.
You'll likely find other issues using it outside of the FiOS network in the United Status. As @Cang_Household , you may find it uses radio frequencies that are not allocated for WiFi use in Turkey. It will not receive any firmware updates, as those are applied when router is connected to the Verizon FiOS network and are not available by other methods. This means it's a security risk depending on when it was last updated on a FiOS network.
If you want a modern, powerful router, I recommend you get one designed for use in Turkey that has the features needed for your internet provider.

I don't believe the G1100 supports PPPoE, as it wasn't used on Verizon's FiOS networks when the G1100 was put into service. I don't see any mention of PPPoE in the users manual, either.

I recommend you purchase a router that has PPPoE support, and is one known to work with your internet service.

I will use it as an access point. It saddens me that there is no pppeo. because verizon devices are powerful.

I concur with @gs0b that I have never found PPPOE settings in G1100.
Furthermore, operating a US-approved RF device may incur regulatory non-compliance in another country. Please check your relevant local laws.
